Linkora Trade provides independent desk-based supplier sourcing, supplier verification, and B2B information support. Services may include supplier shortlists, visible company information review, website and domain consistency checks, document and invoice signal review, communication review, risk notes, and practical next-step recommendations.
2. Nature of reports
Reports are prepared from available public information, client-provided materials, visible business signals, and desk-based review methods. A report is an informational business support document, not a certification, approval, guarantee, legal opinion, or confirmation that a transaction is safe.
3. No guarantees
Linkora Trade does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, regulatory compliance, delivery, payment safety, authenticity of all documents, or the outcome of any cooperation. Information can be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, inaccurate, or intentionally misleading.
4. Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for final business decisions, contracts, payments, product compliance, customs checks, legal review, financial review, and full due diligence before entering into any transaction.
5. Service boundaries
Linkora Trade does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, customs, escrow, payment protection, debt collection, law-enforcement, or regulated investigation services. Linkora Trade does not handle client funds or act as a payment intermediary.
6. Work process
A request is reviewed first. Scope, price, timeframe, and available information are confirmed before paid work starts. The format and depth of the report depend on the country, product category, supplier role, available documents, and the client’s concern.
7. Client materials
The client should provide accurate, lawful, and relevant information. The client should not submit passwords, payment card details, OTP codes, account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
8. Updates and limitations
Reports reflect information reviewed at the time of preparation. Supplier status, websites, documents, ownership, contacts, and business behaviour may change after the report is delivered.
